Andrea Sauchelli’s (b.1976, Columbus, Ohio) paintings explore sensory connections with nature and the landscape close to her home; the New Jersey Pine Barrens. Sauchelli earned a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. The artist has participated in exhibitions at Perkins Center for the Arts, Collingswood; The Bridgette Mayer Gallery, Philadelphia; The Noyes Museum of Art, Hammonton, NJ; The Noyes Arts Garage, Atlantic City; Stockton University Art Gallery, NJ; The Center for Emerging Visual Artists, Philadelphia; The Arts and Innovation Center at Rowan College; The Marlin Gallery at Camden County College; among others. The artist’s works are included in the permanent collections of the Noyes Art Museum of Art and in many locations for AtlantiCare’s Healing Arts Program. Sauchelli lives and works in Southern New Jersey.
